Which form(s) of the verb will be correct here? Cuando (vivir, yo) __________ en Madrid, hace muchos años, nunca __________ (visitar) el Congreso de los Diputados. Here, I guess the first one should be ‘vivía’. But I’m confused about the second, because according to this article, we use imperfect with ‘nunca’, but when I try to translate this sentence online, I get ‘visité’. Which one is correct?

‘Me comí la manzana’ doesn’t work and sounds weird. Notice you didn’t use a reflexive pronoun when you put the same sentence into the imperfect…
